We are pleased to announce that it has been confirmed by the Arch Bishop of Canterbury, that the new Rector of the Skegness Group of Parishes will be the Reverend Richard Holden who is currently the Vicar of Old Clee.

Richard will be installed at St Matthew’s Church Skegness, at an evening service on the 15th September 2016, presided over by the Bishop of Lincoln.

We look forward to greeting Richard and his wife Carol and welcoming them both at that service and pray for them as they prepare to serve God in Skegness.

I take the opportunity to thank all those who have worked so faithfully maintaining the Church’s presence during a lengthy vacancy of nearly two years.
